Your Right to Opt-Out
As may be required by applicable law or as provided for by the policies of Blockskye, we offer you the right to opt-out of the sale and sharing of their personal information. References to "sale" or "sharing" in this policy include equivalent concepts under applicable laws.

How to Opt-Out
You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by any combination of the following methods:

Opt-Out Request Form — Submit this form for all other types of personal information.
Email — Send a request to privacy@blockskye.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Information."
You do not need to create an account with us to exercise your opt-out right.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. To do so, the authorized agent must provide:
(a) a signed, written authorization from you; or
(b) a valid power of attorney under California Probate Code sections 4000-4465.
We may contact you directly to verify your identity and confirm that you authorized the agent to act on your behalf. Authorized agent requests may be submitted via email to privacy@blockskye.com.
Verification Process
For opt-out requests submitted via form or email, we will verify your identity by matching the information you provide against the personal information we already maintain. We will not require you to create an account for verification purposes. If we cannot reasonably verify your identity, we will inform you and explain why.
Response Timeframe
We will acknowledge your opt-out request within 10 business days of receipt and will endeavor to complete your request within 15 business days. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the reason and the expected completion date.
