This role requires close collaboration with our overseas accounting team.

The E-Commerce Manager will serve as Blockskye’s leader for online booking and digital commerce operations. This role combines technology leadership, platform management, and operational oversight in a fast-paced, global travel environment.

You will be responsible for managing the operational support for the online booking tool (OBT) deployment and tactical and strategic product roadmap, ensuring seamless integration with servicing GDS and non-GDS channels. Additional responsibilities will include troubleshooting web service connections and overseeing the service support team that delivers client and traveler-facing assistance.

Critical focus for this role is ensuring parity between online and offline workflows, ensuring online processes align with operational efficiency.
